Workshop Description:
This intensive course covers the broad range of skills needed to plan and manage projects of all types and sizes. Essential Skills for Managing Projects is ideal for introducing new project managers to the discipline, or for experienced project managers looking to further expand their skill sets. Course Goal: This course uses tools and techniques from Total Quality Management and Six Sigma. It is PMBOK ® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) aligned, which increases team effectiveness and participation in all phases of the project management process.
