This public workshop is a virtual classroom offering. Individuals participate online during four (4) live, instructor-led sessions.

You must complete all four sessions, in their entirety, to earn the corresponding 12 PDUs / 1.2 CEUs.


Workshop Description:

Project leadership isn't just about project management techniques. It is also about the ability of the project manager to:

Conducted within a virtual classroom, this workshop is highly interactive, providing participants with the practice they need to build new skills - ones that can be immediately applied to real project work in real project teams.  This workshop is led by specially trained and certified GTG Trainers.
